ทาง Legend Air Quality สามารถทำการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีในการอนุรักษ์พลังงานให้กับชุมชนและผู้สนใจ ซึ่งรูปเเบบการออกเเบบนั้้นภายในอาคารได้ติดตั้งเทคโนโลยีอัจฉริยะและอุปกรณ์สารสนเทศที่ช่วยลดการใช้พลังงาน อาทิเช่น หลังค้าแสงอาทิตย์ (Solar Light Tube) เครื่องปรับอากาศแบบไฮบริด (Solar Hybrid Air cond.) ระบบปรับอากาศร่วมกับของเครื่องปรับอากาศ ฯลฯ นอกจากนี้ยังได้ติดตั้งระบบ Online Energy Monitoring ที่ช่วยตรวจสอบและติดตามการใช้ไฟฟ้าแบบ Real time ผ่าน App บนมือถือ หรือหน้าจอควบคุม และสามารถเปิดปิดเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าภายในบ้านตามนโยบายที่กำหนดไว้ล่วงหน้า
